A couple of notes:
I believe that the feline in this spot is suppose to be a leopard (hyou)
Anabuki is a construction conglomerate, so the spot is promoting their "after service," I think things like making sure that sales of condos are handled properly and moving. It might also be making sure that the buildings are not going to fall down due to shoddy construction.
