leo is right. it's talking about sex toys. it's a remake of the song "omocha no cha-cha-cha" (means "toy cha cha cha") to mean "adult toys". i think you can see those buckets at soap-land. that's a place to go to get a bath...and something more.
you keep posting, gavin, and I'll keep coming back and trying my best to figure out what the hell is going on. I know you know now that typical logic goes out the window with j-tv.
Actually leo and judge rage have a proper explanation. I just remark that the video is quite old (mid 90's) due to hair cut of girls (my impression).
