Anyone know what this is all about?
Someone out there has got to know where this is from.I found it here. It's a Japanese blog of some sort.
Of course, I have no idea whatsoever what it says. Or what it links to.
But I need this clip. I need it bad.

Looks like Utamatu Katsura (桂歌丸), dressed as Ultraman Jack (ウルトラマンジャック) and is probably from the Shoten TV show (笑点).
